07.06.2010 C.S.Shri Santosh Khare & C.F.S.Shri Alok Jain met GMTD Bhopal Shri G.C.Pandey & discussed the development issues.
On mobile network issue Circle body suggested GMTD that there is a urgent need for a specific team for mobile coverage improvement with advanced resources. Shri Pandey was fully agreed with this.
GMTD also assured circle body that non feasible area where landline cable is not available, will be made feasible.
Other matters like 3G services, H.R.related were also discussed. Meeting lasted in 1 hour &was in very cordial atmosphere .Response of GMTD to our other issues was very prompt.
Circle body gave GMTD Bhopal assurance that it will always give innovative ideas to the management for the development of BSNL.
Form 3A of EPF of 2009-10 are available in GMTD Bhopal. Members can collect their form from Shri Devendra Dandge.
17.03.10 We are thankful to M.P. Circle administration for considering our two request transfer cases of Shri Dheer Singh Meena whose request was considered from Morena to Gwalior. Another was Shri Mahesh Agarwal who was also given SDE (officiating) in the JTO to SDE officiating list & has been posted from Morena to Gwalior.
EPF slips of financial year 2008-09 are available in O/o GMTD Bhopal. We are thankful to A.O(Cash) Shri R.N.Tripathi for this.

18.02.2010 C.S. Shri Santosh Khare along with C.F.S.Shri Alok Jain met G.M.(Admin) Shri Prabhash Singh and D.G.M.(HRD) Shri C.K.Shukla & discussed the points regarding JTO to SDE officiating, Request Transfer of JTOs & longest stay. Management was very much convinced with our views.
On the issue of confirmation of JTO whose names have been left out because of their PVR. Management gave assurance that remaining confirmation will be done very soon.
Circle body gave a suggestion that if some provision is made in HR Package then official can get their form 3A of EPF directly from their HR Package. GM(Admin) fully endorsed our view & told that he will persue the matter with IT(Circle)Pune.
The meeting lasted for 45 minutes & was in very cordial manner.

Circle body told GM (Admin) that some JTOs of 2001& 2002 batch could not be confirmed because their PVR has not been sent from their previous circle. GM(Admin) assured the circle body that he will write D.O. letter to their respective CGMs for sending the PVR. So confirmation of remaining JTOs may be possible.
Circle body also discussed other points like JTO to SDE officiating & Extension of deputation period of SDEs qualified in LDCE last year. Management assured its full support on all points. The meeting lasted for half an hour. » click here for list
On 08.10.09 C.S. Shri Santosh Khare & Circle Finance Secretary Shri Alok Kumar Jain met GMTD Bhopal Shri Mahesh Shukla. GMTD Bhopal has written a letter to CGMT (IT Circle) Pune mentioning that EPF details of employees may also be seen in HR Package through some provision. He ensured us that EPF record will be available in HR Package very soon. We admire his effort to streamline the EPF.
06.10.2009 Our continuous efforts in EPF matter finally showed positive results as Form-3A of EPF for financial year 2008-09 is available in GMTD Bhopal. The form-3A is a statement issued by organisation and gives us record of our EPF deduction that what was our contribution & what was organization’s contribution. How much amount has been deposited in pension fund.
We express our regard to GMTD Bhopal Shri Mahesh Shukla for his keen interest in this matter. We are also thankful to A.O. (Cash) Bhopal Shri Tripathi for his prompt action when we bring this matter into his knowledge.

Pushpa Yadav & C.S.Shri Santosh Khare met GMTD Bhopal Shri Mahesh Shukla & congratulated him for award that Bhopal SSA has got third successive year for best maintained SSA in the land line in the category of 50000 to 150000 landline connections.
On 11.09.2009 C.P. Shri Manoj Singh & C.S. Shri Santosh Khare met GMTD Bhopal Shri Mahesh Shukla & discussed following issues-
1) Circle body conveyed him that Form 3A of EPF of financial year 2008-09 has not been distributed in GMTD Bhopal. In this matter GMTD Bhopal assured us that form 3A will be distributed very soon.
2) In the transfer of EPF A/c of officials from one SSA to another SSA he extended his full support from management side.
3) A. O. of GMTD Bhopal Shri Tripathi said that he is pursuing with I.T. Circle Pune & only EPF record can be retrieved from HR.Package.
4) On MT issue GMTD Bhopal was convinced with our views & said we can get things modify in our favor through persuasion.
The meeting was held in very cordial atmosphere &lasted for nearly 2hours.
On 24.07.2009 CP Mnaoj Singh, CS Santosh Khare, CFS Alok Jain met CGMT shri RKP Hinduja. GM(Admn) Shri Prabash Singh was also present in the meeting. Meeting was held in a very cordial environment and lasted for about 1 hour. Circle body discussed following points -
1) About the declining profit margin of organization. Circle body told management that there must be some lucrative scheme in mobile & landline at par with other telecom operator. Management has fully endorsed our views & very much optimistic that organization will definitely progress.
2) Circle body also discussed on various issues of EPF & management assured as to give its full support.
3) On transfer & posting matter management said that there is a very transparent policy of transfer & posting & it will continue & no favor will be given to anyone.
